About the Product: This item was purchased and used by my grandfather in 1974. It seems to have been evaluated as superior to the Nikon R8 at the time, but it was an underrated gem. Dimensions: 60*200*250mm Weight: Approx. 1500g Tripod socket: 1/4 inch Lens: Ricoh Zoom f:1.7, f=7.5-60mm Zoom: 8x ratio, automatic/manual Power: 4 AA batteries, button battery for exposure meter (2.6V mercury battery PX-14 or H-2D) The button battery compartment was corroded due to leakage. (The corroded parts have been removed to some extent.) The AA battery compartment is also partially damaged. (Repaired with adhesive.) There is mold and some cloudiness on the lens. This is being sold as a junk item, but it may be possible to get it working with a little more care. There are minor scratches on the exterior, but no noticeable damage. The 8mm film storage compartment is clean. Instruction manual and case are not included. Everything shown in the photos is included. As it is sold as a junk item, the operation has not been tested. The item will be carefully packed with bubble wrap, newspaper, etc., to prevent damage and water exposure during shipping. Recycled cardboard and packing materials will be used.
