At that time, it was manufactured and sold by Maruka Woodworking Co., Ltd. (currently Maruka Woodworking Co., Ltd.) in Hiroshima. I recall it being innocence oak (Japanese oak). Because it is innocence, it is quite heavy, and despite the passage of time, it has a strong presence. As shown in the image, by removing the hex wrench screws, it can be divided into two parts for easier transport. The delivery slip from that time states: Makurumi High Chest (with drawer stopper) Maintenance: Around December 2013, I noticed some slight warping in the drawers and main body, possibly due to the innocence material, and had it serviced once.
